Refund policy

Change of mind

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, If we have sent you incorrect items, you have up to 92 days to initiate a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 24 hours of the time of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To support your claim, we will require evidence (pictures and/or videos) in order to proceed accordingly. Failure to provide such evidence will result in an automatic rejection of your claim.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, samples or gift cards. Also, once an item has been opened, we are unable to accept any returns on such items.

Order Cancellations

If an order is placed and cancelled due to change of mind, we will issue a full refund after deducting a 5% payment processing fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
